Instructor Led Classroom

Cancellations made fewer than 14-days prior to the first day of the
seminar are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Confirmed participants
who do not attend their scheduled classroom sessions are liable for
a 50% cancellation fee. You may make substitutions at anytime. Fiserv
reserves the right to cancel a scheduled seminar with 14-days notice to
registrants. If a seminar is not held for any reason, Fiserv's liability
is limited to the seminar fee only.

If a webinar is not held for any reason, Fiserv's liability is limited to
the webinar fee only.
